Cashew Cheesecake Bliss Balls

Vegan // Refined sugar-free // No bake

Raw cashew cheesecakes are my go-to for healthy indulging. These balls are perfect for an after-dinner snack, or pre/post-workout pick me up.



  • 1 cup of cashews

  • 1/4 cup of almond butter

  • 1/4 cup of syrup sugar-free syrup, maple or rice malt

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

  • pinch Sea salt

  • 1 tsp Vanilla

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts ( I used pecans )

  • 100g Dark or sugar-free chocolate


  1. In a blender or food processor blend your cup of oats to a flour-like consistency and set aside.

  2. Blend or process the cashews, almond butter, lemon juice, syrup, salt and vanilla until a paste-like consistency. Add a tbsp of water if needed.

  3. In a large bowl mix, oats, chopped nuts and cashew paste altogether.

  4. Put in the freezer to harden.

  5. Once the dough is firm roll into balls and set on a tray.

6. Melt the dark chocolate and coat balls.

7. Let set!

Store in the fridge or freezer :)
