The weather in Australia is heating up, and so is the end of year hustle.

Ive created a movement challenge to inspire you to move with me 5 days of the week. See below for all the deets :)

Before we go on, I must share with you some fundamental principles I would LOVE you to implement.

Doing my quick exercise below will make the challenge benefit you in more ways than you ever imagined.


Bonus!

Take 2 minutes at the end of each movement to list 3 things you're grateful for and set a simple one-word intention for your day.


For example:

I am grateful for....

  • My friends and family

  • To be able to eat fresh food each day

  • The environment around me


My daily intention is...

e.g. CLARITY, VITALITY, HAPPINESS

WHY

Moving in the morning can positively impact your life in so many ways!

Im sure once you experience the challenge you will notice many benefits.

The reason im making this challenge a sunrise challenge is so that you get it done before life gets in the way.

You are beginning your day in ACTION every morning rather than REACTION to the world around you! It's time for you.

WHAT

The best part about this movement challenge is that you can customise it to suit YOUR needs.

  • YOGA

  • MEDITATION


The reason I've included meditation is that 'the mind creates your reality'. Taking care of your mind is key to health and happiness.

If you want to take your morning time for meditation, listen to your needs.
